Our Constitution:
WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA( W.R.M.T) CONSTITUTION-2002 ARTICLE 1 INTRODUCTION i) The name of the Ministry/Organization shall be WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA and a KEY word of God of this Ministry/ Organization shall be MARK 16:15-20, JOHN 17:1-26. ISAIAH 1:15-20, JAMES 1: 25-27, ISAIAH 58: 5-9. ii) The Ministry/Organization is to be known by its acronym as ( W.R.M.T). iii) World Revival Ministries, Tanzania, shall be known as the Non-Profit Making Organization, Non-Governmental Organization, Humanitarian Organization as well as Tanzanian Religious Organization.
iv) The Organization/Ministry may from time to time or develop branches in other regions of the country. v) World Revival Ministries, Tanzania shall be an Outreach Ministry for gospel of Jesus Christ in our local areas in Tanzania and shall involve all servants of God from different Independent Pentecostal Ministries and Churches from different local areas within Tanzania as per this Constitution where by shall be a Tanzanian Fellowship of Independent Ministries in Districts in Tanzania. vi) Any new/old applicant of World Revival Ministries, Tanzania shall be firstly willing to abide this Constitution of World Revival Ministries, Tanzania ARTICLE 2 OFFICE, ADDRESS AND LANGUAGES i) The registered OFFICE / HOME OFFICE / MOSHI DISTRICT OFFICE and operational head quarter shall be in MOSHI MUNICIPALITY and its postal address/ Mail address is P.O.BOX 1457 MOSHI TANZANIA, Email: ministry_wr@yahoo.com. Website: www.worldrevivalministriestanzania.yolasite.com ii) Other branch Offices of WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA shall be in TEMEKE, MBEYA, MWANZA, DODOMA as well as in MOROGORO MUNICIPALITY as per this Constitution. iii) The official languages of the Ministry/Organization shall be KISWAHILI and ENGLISH. ARTICLE 3 SPIRITUAL FAITH OF THE MINISTRY/ORGANIZATION. WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA shall keep and be involved in Spiritual Matters by following the HOLY BIBLE as the foundation of the MINISTRY/ORGANIZATION, All members should keep the Holy Bible as the directory way of the MINISTRY/ORGANIZATION (The new and old Testaments) in Teaching and Preaching people. ARTICLE 4 MINISTRY/ ORGANIZATION CORNER STONES. All new/old applicants/members of World Revival Ministries, Tanzania shall follow, abide and agree our ten (10)Ministry Corner Stones before/after joining this Ministry/Organization as per this Constitution within Tanzania. No one shall be accepted by Executive Committee in this Organization without accepting ARTICLE 4 as per this Constitution because the devil has been defeated, disarmed by Jesus Christ from his place of dominion Colossians 1:13, 2:15. i) The Foundation of this Ministry is CHARACTER. ii) The Nature of this Ministry is SERVICE. iii) The Motive of this Ministry is LOVE. iv) The Authority of this Ministry is SUBMISSION. v) The Measure of this Ministry is SACRIFICE. vi) The Purpose of this Ministry is the GLORY OF GOD. vii) The Tools of this Ministry are the WORD OF GOD and PRAYER. viii) The Privilege of this Ministry is GROWTH. ix) The Power of this Ministry is the HOLY SPIRIT. x) The Model(Example) of this Ministry is JESUS CHRIST as our Savior. ARTICLE 5 DESCRIPTIONS OF AREAS OF OPERATIONS WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA is Spiritual Ministry/ Organization currently operating in MOSHI Municipality, KILIMANJARO REGION. The Ministry/Organization is looking forward to expand her service in other parts of TANZANIA as the financial stands will allow in the near future. We “WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA” are working to involve Individuals, Groups, Students, Teachers, Pastors, Evangelists, Local Missionaries to make a difference by Providing Spiritual Opportunities for all people who are not being preached and receive JESUS CHRIST in their lives in this WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA welcomes any volunteer who can support this MINISTRY/ORGANIZATION through Praying, Preaching, Teaching, and /or joining the field in making a difference in the lives of the people and community they represent and also supporting Vulnerable groups in the Communities in Tanzania such as Orphans, Widows, Old People, Albino, Blind people, Street Children, Abandoned Children, HIV/AIDS VICTIMS and those who are dying with natural disasters in Tanzania because we are one in God. and also helping Communities in solving problems facing them such as Environmental issues. ARTICLE 6 MISSION “To win the lost, equip and train those who are found in Christ”-To spread the gospel of Jesus Christ in Tanzania and also throughout the world until He returns: giving hope to all who need Him and helping different Communities in Tanzania and Promoting Poverty Reduction(P.P.R) in Tanzania. ARTICLE 7 PURPOSE
ARTICLE 8 LEGAL DEFINITION A Tanzanian Fellowship of Independent Ministries and Churches; The Independent Pentecostal Churches/Ministries and also Tanzanian minded, faith based, Humanitarian Organization. ARTICLE 9 VISION To become a sustainable model of excellence that Contributes to the development of Vibrant, Creative, Imaginative and Effective Independent Pentecostal Churches/Ministries that enables people of Tanzania to engage in the Spreading and Preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ and also Promoting human rights and Contribute to Poverty Reduction and a Better Quality of Life for all Tanzanians.
ARTICLE 10 AIMS AND OBJECTIVES WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA intends to promote the harmonious development of the whole Personal-Spiritual, Intellectual, Physical and Social in order to maintain good character development and well disciplined citizens for all nations and the world to come. It is our goal to do our best in preaching the gospel of JESUS CHRIST. We work with: i) To educate the youths on how to serve GOD through SEMINARS, CONFERENCES this shall include students, teachers. ii) To run Bible Courses in our local areas where by people can learn the Word of God from different Independent Pentecostal Churches and Ministries in Tanzania where our Members are, of WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA as well as building and Supporting a Bible College which shall be called World Revival Collage of Theology within Tanzania as per this Constitution. iii) To conduct Seminars, Conferences, Crusades, Workshops based on gospel matters and conducting DOOR TO DOOR EVANGELISM. iv) To help and support vulnerable people such as orphans, widows, Old people, Albino , Blind people, Street children, Abandoned children as it is written in the Holy Bible by supporting social services in the Societies. ISAIAH 1:15-20, JAMES 1: 25-27, ISAIAH 58: 5-9. v) To Conduct Prayers in spiritual conditions by involving all Independent Pentecostal Churches and Ministries of World Revival Ministries, Tanzania within Tanzania. vi) To Preach the gospel of JESUS CHRIST to the whole creation (MARK 16:15-20) vii) To conduct Seminars, Conferences based on marriage teachings(men $ women) AND other important seminars depending on the needs of the MINISTRY/ORGANIZATION. viii) To Conduct Concerts through singing spiritual songs by involving different singers in Tanzania. ix) To help and support those people who have been affected by HIV/AIDS through guidance and counseling and teaching them the Word of God in Tanzania and also Supporting basic needs. x) Planting churches in different local areas in Tanzania and supporting them which shall be called WORLD REVIVAL CHURCH.( The Independent Pentecostal Church) xi) To train children in developing mentally, physically and spiritually in building our Nation in future. xii) To minister to the food, shelter, clothing and educational needs of the hurting, dying and misfortunate who are affected by HIV/AIDS, Famine, lack of education, clothing and housing, natural disaster and other life disabling throughout our Communities in Tanzania. xiii) To maintain human equal respect as the HOLY BIBLE says that “God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. And blessed them, and God said to them, Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth and subdue it; and have dominion over fish of the sea and over the birds of the air and over every living thing that moves up on the earth- GENESIS 1: 27-28.” xiv) To be a Spiritual network of all Servants of God within our local areas in Tanzania from all different Independent Pentecostal Churches and Ministries in our local areas within Tanzania and solving problems together in the House of God and also solving problems facing our Communities in our local areas in our Districts in Tanzania. xv) Helping and Supporting the Communities such as Orphan Children, Abandoned Children, Street Children and other Kids as well as other people who are suffering in our local areas where our members are, to eradicate POVERTY by initiating VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTERS, PRIMARY SCHOOLS, SECONDARY SCHOOLS, COLLAGES AND UNIVERSITIES through Projects in Districts in Tanzania ARTICLE 11 MEMBERSHIP Membership to WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA shall be open to any person from any cultural or social background that share and subscribe to the PURPOSE, MISSION, VISION, LEGAL DEFINITION, AIMS AND OBJECTIVES of the Ministry. These Members shall be PASTORS, EVANGELISTS, BIBLE TEACHERS, APOSTLES, PROPHETS, SINGERS OF GOSPEL SONGS and PRAYERS within Tanzania with their Churches and Ministries and who have been called by God as well as who are Committed in preaching and Spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ as per WORD OF GOD in the House of GOD. “Ephesians 4:6-14 says God and Father of us all, who is above all and through all and in all. But grace was given to each of us according to the measure of Christ’s gift. Therefore it is said, “When He ascended on high He led a host of captives, and He gave gifts to men” (In saying, “He ascended,” what does it mean but that He had also descended into the lower parts of the earth? He who descended is He who also ascended far above all the heavens, that he might fill all things.) And his gifts were that some should be, some PROPHETS, some EVANGELISTS, some PASTORS and TEACHERS, to equip the Saints for the work of Ministry, for building up the body of Christ, Until we all attain to the Unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; So that we may no longer be Children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the cunning of men, by their craftiness in deceitful wiles.” There shall be five types of Membership in this Tanzanian Religious Organization as per this Constitution. 1. The Founders. Founders of this Organization who are Pastors, Evangelists, Singers, Local Missionaries, Teachers from our Independent Pentecostal Churches and Ministries in our local areas within Tanzania. 2. All Pastors, Local Missionaries and Evangelists from World Revival Church. Are all Pastors, Local/Foreign Missionaries and Evangelists who shall be appointed/elected by Executive Chairperson of World Revival Ministries, Tanzania and who shall plant and Care local Churches of WORLD REVIVAL CHURCH under supervision of WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA where by the Executive Chairperson of this Organization shall be a Senior Pastor of World Revival Church in different local areas in Districts in Tanzania 3. Active Members. Are persons and/ or organizations who wish to engage and Support fully in daily operations of WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA and are willing to contribute to this course as employees/ volunteers, Preachers, Bible Teachers, Singers, Prayers, or regular sponsors and donors within/ outside the Country as per this Constitution. 4. Associate Members. Are Elected Honorable Members of the Community we serve, and all other people from outside/ inside the Country who are interested in and wish to contribute and Support to the work of WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA, periodically or in future as per this Constitution. 5. Affiliate Ministries/ Churches. Are those Affiliated Independent Pentecostal Ministries/Churches to WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA who are not among 23 Founders of this Organization where by Pastors, Evangelists, Local Missionaries, Singers and Bible Teachers from the Independent Pentecostal Ministries and Churches in our local areas within Tanzania shall be in this group. Each Organization retains its financial and Organizational autonomy and shall be considered to be independent, Self-Supported Ministry. Each affiliate finances its own Ministry from its own incomes, secular jobs; and with WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA assistance, through independent donations and grants from organizations who have donated their resources for use in identified PROJECTS in various CHURCHES , MINISTRIES and COMMUNITIES to reach local areas quickly within Tanzania
ARTICLE 12 MEMBERSHIP DUES AND INSTRUCTIONS. i) Any Member in this Organization might be requested to support the work of WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA through his/her additional willful contributions towards certain Ministry needs. ii) The COST for application fee shall be 15 US Dollars and Annual fee shall be 50 USA Dollars to WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA. iii) For any new applicant shall appear at the Office on the date and time of the appointment and be interviewed by the Executive Committee or Director/ Chief Executive Director in the Districts of World Revival Ministries, Tanzania before joining this Organization as per this Constitution. iv) For any new $ old applicant NOTE: Attempting to obtain a Membership or entry to WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA by presenting false documents or misrepresenting the facts is fraud and will result in the permanent refusal of a Membership into this organization namely WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA as per this Constitution. ARTICLE 13 MEMBERSHIP RIGHTS i) One vote on each matter submitted to a vote by members. Voting at duly held meeting shall be by voice vote . Election of leaders, however shall be by written ballot but only Ordained Members of this Organization shall be Voting as per this Constitution.. ii) Be respected as the Bible says, honored as they would do likewise to the Ministry’s leadership iii) Be appointed and/ or elected in any leadership capacity in the Ministry provided that he/she is able to hold Office. iv) Freedom of expression. v) Attend all required Membership Meetings or General Meetings should any member fail to attend three consecutive regularly scheduled meetings of the WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA, that member shall be followed by the Executive committee to know his/ her spiritual development in the Ministry. vi) Participate in all Ministry sponsored events per regulation of events. vii) Request and get a copy of this constitution and have full access to WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA procedure manual within 30 business days. viii) Any Member/Applicant shall be requested or allowed to make PROJECTS to help Vulnerable groups and all projects based on COMMUNITY CARE and also PROJECTS based on Spiritual activities such as BUILDING CHURCHES, PLANTING NEW CHURCHES, SEMINARS, CONFERENCES, WORKSHOPS, CRUSADES in his/ her Church or Ministry which is registered/licensed by Tanzania Government to operate within its boundaries in his/her local areas within Tanzania as per this Constitution. ix) It is illegal for any Member/Applicant of WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES,TANZANIA to interfere or disturb other Ministries or Churches in this Organization as per this Constitution x) Any new $ old Member/Applicant of WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA understands that acceptance into the Ministry/ Organization gives the applicant no legal rights or Covering affiliated Churches, Ministries of the World Revival Ministries, Tanzania, , World Revival Church, World Revival Collage of Theology as well as World Revival Ministries, Tanzania as per this Constitution. ARTICLE 14 CESSATION AND/OR REMOVAL i) Proposals for removing a member will be forwarded to Executive Committee who shall discuss and vote up on the Resolution but the final approval still remains to the general Assembly which shall discuss and vote up on the RESOLUTION. ii) Any member may seek a leader to be removed provided that she/he can attest the reason either in personal or put in writing before the Executive committee of the WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA. iii) Membership shall cease when any new or old Member fails to follow the Constitution of World Revival Ministries, Tanzania. iv) Membership shall cease when any new/old applicant/member fails to pay Membership fees on time as per this Constitution. ARTICLE 15 LEADERSHIP There shall be the EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE(EC) as per Laws of Tanzania and this Constitution of the Ministry/Organization which shall consist of 1. CHAIRPERSON 2. VICE-CHAIRPERSON 3. SECRETARY 4. TREASURER 5. FIVE PERMANENT ORDAINED MEMBERS. i) Five Permanent Ordained Members:-shall be Permanent Members in this Committee who shall advise other Officers in this Committee and shall vote on each matter submitted by Executive Chairperson of this Committee as per this Constitution. ii) The Executive committee shall be accountable to both Board of Directors/Trustees and General Assembly as per this Constitution. iii) The Executive committee shall be selected /endorsed or authorized after ten {10} years by the Board of Trustees and Founders as well as all members of WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA who are Ordained Members except Five Permanent Ordained Members of the Executive Committee who shall be selected/endorsed by the Founders of this Organization as per this Constitution . iv) The Executive committee shall not be allowed to work like chiefs or Bosses But should follow how JESUS CHRIST did and His teachings to build the Kingdom of GOD and follow the WORD OF GOD up on the Leadership as per this Constitution.. v) The Executive Committee Members shall be among the Ordained Members from different Independent Pentecostal Churches and Ministries within Tanzania. ARTICLE 16 RESPONSIBILITY OF EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE. Subject to the provisions of the Laws of TANZANIA and any limitation in the article of incorporation and this constitution relating to action required or permitted to be taken or approved by the members, if any , of this Ministry the activities and affairs of this Ministry shall be conducted and all Ministry power shall be exercised by or under the direction of the Executive Committee to: i) Ensure the long term plan and / or viability of the Ministry. ii) Set policies of the Ministry/Organization iii) Perform any and all duties imposed on them collectively or individually by law, by the article of incorporation or by this constitution. iv) Establish key events prior to the beginning of the fiscal year. v) Approve disbursement of all capital. vi) Approve all extra ordinary non budgeted expenses items in excess of 10% of any approved line item. vii) Approve their appointment for standing committees. viii) Approve the annual budget. ix) Approve, accept the new membership into this Ministry/Organization, register their addresses with the Secretary of the WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA and to be the final BOARD of appeal and or disciplinary action in this Ministry/Organization. x) Shall appoint Committees to fulfill PURPOSE, VISION,MISSION , AIMS AND OBJECTIVES of World Revival Ministries, Tanzania. xi) Shall give monthly report to Tanzania Government as well as Board of Trustees of this Organization as per this Constitution. xii) Shall appoint Directors in different towns and Villages in Districts in Tanzania as per this Constitution. xiii) Shall supervise all Directors from different towns and villages in Districts in Tanzania as per this Constitution. xiv) From i to xiii of Article 16, the final approval still remains to the BOARD OF TRUSTEES or BOARD OF DIRECTORS. ARTICLE 17 DUTIES OF THE OFFICE BEARERS A CHAIRPERSON. i) Shall be one of the founder members of the WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA to fulfill the Purpose, Mission, Legal definition ,aims and objectives as well as Vision of this Organization and also promoting and keeping this Organization and shall be supported by Two Personal Secretaries who shall be selected by the Board of Trustees in his / her Office and these two Secretaries shall be permanent in Chairperson’s Office and shall be given duties by Chairperson in his / her Office in this Organization as per this Constitution. ii) The chairperson shall, subject to the control of the Executive committee supervise and control the affairs of the Ministry and the activities of the officers. iii) He/She shall perform all duties incident to his or her office and such other duties as may be required by law, by the Article of incorporation or this constitution or which may be prescribed from time to time by the Executive committee. iv) Unless another person is specifically appointed as chairperson of the Executive committee. The chairperson shall preside at all meetings of the Executive committee and if this corporation has members at all meetings of the members. v) Except as otherwise expressly provided by law, by the Article of incorporation or this constitution, he/ she shall in the name of the MINISTRY/ORGANIZATION, execute such deeds, mortgages, bonds, contracts, checks or instruments, which may from time to time be authorized by the Executive committee. vi) Shall monitor duties as done by all other officials and be the general over seer of the Ministry. vii) Shall be the chief spokesman on behalf of the WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA, THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE, DIRECTORS and / or BOARD OF TRUSTEES in Tanzania. viii) Shall work closely with Vice-President( C.E.O ) and other executive officers, Executive Committee of the Ministry to look for donors and volunteers both within and outside the country. ix) Shall propose and plan strategies of development of the Ministry and initiate projects in new and / or different locations. x) Shall be one of the four signatories of each account of the WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA. xi) Shall have two Personal Secretaries who shall be or not a Member of this Organization who shall be given any duty from the Executive Chairperson in his/ her Office, this non-compensated position entails coordinating activities related to each Executive Chairperson’s Office and shall be selected or removed in this position by Executive Chairperson as per this Constitution. B. CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER(CEO). i) Shall be appointed by the Executive committee and or as directed by them at Election time. ii) Shall be the Chief Executive Officer and the Vice-President of WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA Shall extend / execute all presidential roles in absence of the chair person or in the event of his or her inability to act and when so acting, shall have all the power of and be subject to all the restrictions on the chairperson. iii) Shall have the power and perform such other duties as may be prescribed by law, by the Article of incorporation or this constitution or as may be prescribed by the Executive committee. iv) Shall be the Chief Advisor to the Chairperson and the Secretary of the Executive committee. v) By authority of the Executive committee and the Founders of this MINISTRY shall safeguard this constitution regulations and working policy of WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA Shall in absence of the Chairperson preside at executive committee and General membership meetings also be ex-official in all committees except the nominating committee of which he/she shall not be a Member. vi) Shall be the Spokesperson of the WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA required churches and Government meetings and making all contracts on behalf of WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA Shall authorize all financial transactions. vii) Shall report directly to the Chairperson of this Ministry / or the Board of Trustees. C. SECRETARY.
i) Extend / execute roles of Vice President on his / her absence and / or as directed by him/ her. ii) Certify and keep at the Principal Office of WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA a copy of this Constitution as amended or otherwise altered to date. iii) Keep at the Principal Office of the WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA at such other place as the committee may determine, a book of minutes of all meetings of the leaders, and if applicable, meetings of executive committee and of members, recordings therein the time and place of holding, whether regular or special, how called, how notice there of was given, the names of those present or represented at the meeting and the proceedings thereof. iv) See that all notices are duly given in accordance with the provisions of this constitution or as required by law. v) Be custodian of the records and of the seal of the MINISTRY and affix the seal as authorized by the law or the provisions of this constitution to duly executed documents of the Ministry vi) Shall be one of the founder members of this Organization as per this Constitution. vii) Keep at the Principal Office of the WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA a membership book containing the name and address of each and any member and , in the case where any membership has been terminated, he/she shall record such fact in the membership book together with the date on which such membership ceased. viii) Exhibit at all reasonable times to any direct or of the corporation or to his or her agent or attorney/ on request thereof , relevant ix) A secretary of World Revival Ministries, Tanzania shall have two assistant secretaries who are Members of this Organization who shall help him/her in his/her Office who shall be selected by the Board of Trustees of WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA as per needs, these two assistant secretaries shall be given any duty by Executive Secretary of this Organization and shall not be included in the Executive Committee as Members. D TREASURER. i) Have charge and custody of and be responsible for all funds and securities of the MINISTRY and deposit all such funds in the name of the MINISTRY in such Banks, Trust companies, or other depositories as shall be selected by the Executive committee. ii) Receive and give receipt for monies due and payable for WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA from any source what so ever. iii) Disburse or cause to be disbursed, the funds of WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA as may be directed by the executive committee, taking proper vouchers for such disbursements iv) Keep and maintain adequate and correct accounts of WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA properties and business transactions, including accounts of its assets, liabilities, receipts, disbursements, gains and losses. v) Exhibit at all reasonable times the books of accounts and financial records to any director of the Ministry or to his/ her agent or attorney, or request therefore. vi) Shall be one of the four signatories of each account of the WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA. vii) In general, perform all duties incident to the office of Treasurer and such other duties as may be required by law , by the article of incorporation of the MINISTRY , or by this constitution, working policy or any task which may be assigned to him or her from time to time by executive committee. viii) Shall be subject to periodical internal and external AUDITING. ix) Shall deposit all funds and keep all Bank documents honestly. x) Shall supervise and provide duties to all other employed workers/Volunteers who are not Members of this Organization who shall work as assistant TREASURER in this Organization who shall be authorized/appointed by Executive Chairperson of WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA as per Instructions and Policies which shall be set by Executive Committee and Board of Trustees of this Organization and this assistant treasurer shall not be involved in any meeting of Executive Committee as a Member. E. DIRECTORS IN OUR LOCAL AREAS IN TANZANIA.
i) Collecting and consolidating monthly reports from Sections or Villages/Towns and reporting them to the Executive Committee for inclusion in the Executive Committee’s monthly report to the Board of Trustees as well as Life Application Gospel Ministries International as the International Religious Organization. ii) Distributing, Collecting and forwarding to the Executive Committee( with endorsement) any applications for credentials or affiliation within their towns and villages. iii) Identifying projects for which World Revival Ministries, Tanzania may wish to add to it’s project lists for obtaining grants and donations. iv) Supervising projects taken on by WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA, Submitting monthly reports to the EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE concerning progress. Issues. Etc, for inclusion in the Executive Committee’s monthly report to the Board of Trustees of World Revival Ministries, Tanzania as well as Life Application Gospel Ministries International Inc. v) Assisting the Executive Committee in Ordination and/ or Credentialing services for newly Credentialed Ministers or new Charter Affiliates. Presiding over such services when the Executive Committee is not available due to schedule or logistics vi) Director or Chief Executive Director shall be one of the founder members in particular Village or Town as per this Constitution. vii) Director or Chief Executive Director shall be selected by Executive Committee after two years as per this Constitution. viii) Director, Chief Executive Director or other Staff in the Districts in Tanzania are non- compensated appointment existing to help grow WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA in supporting Churches and Ministries in their Ministry efforts in Towns and Villages within Districts in Tanzania. ix) Any District of twenty or more members of World Revival Ministries, Tanzania shall be FULLY autonomous from other Districts as well as MOSHI DISTRICT OFFICE/ HOME OFFICE of World Revival Ministries, Tanzania within Tanzania as per this Constitution, Policies and By-laws. The HOME OFFICE/MOSHI DISTRICT OFFICE is, by design, and by wording in our Constitution $ Bylaws; fully separate from it’s recognized districts, Each District, Church and Pastor is fully autonomous as their own entities. MOSHI DISTRICT OFFICE or HOME OFFICE shall be Independent from other Districts/ Churches/Pastors/Ministries in Tanzania, Any Independent District shall be led by the Director / Chief Executive Director as per this Constitution. x) Any Church/ District/ Pastor / Ministry shall be Independent as per this Constitution. xi) There shall be Chief Executive Director in the District who shall supervise five Directors or more from different Towns and Villages in the District in Tanzania and shall be a spokesman in the District. xii) Chief Executive Director in the District shall be selected by five Directors or more from different villages and towns within the District then shall be authorized by Executive Committee as well as Board of Trustees of World Revival Ministries, Tanzania after Four years as per this Constitution. xiii) Chief Executive Director shall endorse all projects in the District from Directors of towns and villages in the District within Tanzania. xiv) Chief Executive Director shall call a meeting in the District and shall act as a Chairperson in any meeting in the District. xv) Chief Executive Director shall collect monthly reports from five directors or more of villages and towns in the District in Tanzania and send to Executive Committee. xvi) Director and Chief Executive Director shall be removed in his/ her Office by Executive Committee of World Revival Ministries, Tanzania as per Article 14 of this Constitution. xvii) It would be advisable that each Independent District form it’s own Policies and By- Laws that would specify issues related to Independent District Structure. Policy and Procedures for that particular Ministry District; Provided it does not contradict or compete with the WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA constitution. Unorganized District Ministries fall directly under the HOME OFFICE/ MOSHI DISTRICT OFFICE and may not create their own Policies and By-Laws as per their Culture and Backgrounds in their local areas within Districts in Tanzania. xviii) Director or Chief Executive Director shall authorize Committees in his/ her District Office as per Independent District Policies and By-Laws as per this Constitution. xix) Director and Chief Executive Director shall keep this Constitution as well as Word of God to lead all Members of World Revival Ministries, Tanzania in their local areas as per this Constitution. xx) All Directors in the District shall work under supervision/directions of the Chairperson of this Organization as per this Constitution. xxi) Any Director or Chief Executive Director shall have his/ her General Secretary who is a Member of this Organization, Treasurer who is not a Member of this Organization(Employed Worker/ Volunteer) in his/ her Office who shall be appointed by the Board of Trustees of WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA. General Secretary as well as Treasurer shall be given duties by Director or Chief Executive Director in his / her Office as per this Constitution. ARTICLE 18 MINISTRY/ORGANIZATION MEETINGS Meeting shall be held at the Principal Office of the MINISTRY unless otherwise provided by the board or at such other place as may be designated from time to time by resolution of Executive committee.
A. VALIDITY OF THE MEETING. i) 21 DAYS NOTICE must be given by an authorized leader of WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA before any attended meeting is convened, at least 24 hours notice will be given for emergency meetings. Notice of special meetings must state the purpose of the meeting. ii) SECRETARY of the WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA must notify the delegates by E-mail, Circular letters, Website posting or else the meeting may not be valid. iii) The quorum for the meeting must read 60% of the elected committee or Board members provided one of them is approved by the committee of WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA to be the Chairperson or Vice-Chairperson of such meeting convened. iv) WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA may have at least one general meeting yearly but not less that once in every three years period depending on needs, financial stand and / or it seems necessary by her members and the Management Team. B. DECISION MAKING i) All members of WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA shall be committed to reaching consensus in all decisions. This means that all members shall work together to come to a common position. Consensus requires members to listen carefully and to respect each others views, including the views of those who dissent ii) If consensus can not reached decision shall be made by simple majority or 60% of the delegates. iii) Voting may be done by secret ballots if requesting by any member. iv) The Management and / or Founder/ Affiliate/ active members from time to time shall institute special rules, regulations or procedures to facilitate the work of WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA and these shall be binding all members of the .WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA. ARTICLE 19 FISCAL YEARS POLICIES i) Fiscal year: The Fiscal year of Ministry shall be from JULY 1ST TO JUNE 30TH of the following year. ii) Budget: An annual budget shall be submitted to the Budget Committee of the WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA and earn its approval before submission to the entire Executive Committee for final approval prior to the beginning of each fiscal year. iii) Funds: All the money will be deposited in the name of the MINISTRY. The Executive Committee shall in each of its institutions designate key staff persons eligible to sign Checks. iv) Reliance by Directors on BOOKS of accounts. Each Officer of the MINISTRY shall be fully protected in relying in good faith up on the books of accounts of the MINISTRY or statements prepared by and of its officers and employee as to the value of the assets and liabilities of the ministry or any such items or in relying in good faith up on any other information pertinent to the existence and amount of funds therein. ARTICLE 20 AMENDMENTS OF THE CONSTITUTION OF WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA. The constitution may be amended by agreement with the Founders of this MINISTRY/ORGANIZATION as follows i) Any proposals for an amendment may be suggested and forwarded by any Member and / or Lower Institution to the Management / Departmental Committee whenever seems necessary ii) The Management / Department Committee will discuss , vote on the amendment proposal and forward it to the EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE. iii) The amendment may be approved by a majority vote of the MEMBERS of the Executive committee provided that they are notified not less than 21 days of intended meeting as well as the Founders of WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA. iv) The final amended proposal will be voted by all Ordained Members of WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA at the next General Meeting and will pass by 60% or more of Members present at the general meeting. ARTICLE 21 DISSOLUTION WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA, In the event this MINISTRY/ORGANIZATION shall be dissolved: i) A motion to dissolve WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA shall be binding if passed by the majority or 60% of the Board members/Trustees and agreed by the Founding Directors of the WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA as well as all Members of World Revival Ministries, Tanzania. ii) In the event of dissolution all the net assets of WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA including the name of this MINISTRY/ORGANIZATION shall be fully discharged and any remaining resources shall be distributed to their sister WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA Institutions and any other MINISTRIES in TANZANIA with Aims and Objectives similar to those of WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA as per the laws of TANZANIA. iii) No funds or assets of WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA may be claimed or distributed amongst Members of WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA. ARTICLE 22 BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA. i) The Ministry/Organization shall be governed by the BOARD OF TRUSTEES/BOARD OF DIRECTORS of the WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA to oversee the performance of the Aims and Objectives, Vision, Mission, Purpose, Legal definition thereof . ii) shall honestly keep and monitor all assets of Organization in Tanzania. iii) Board of Trustees shall include more than three members and not less than nine members who are Ordained Members as per this Constitution. iv) Board of Trustees shall have both CHAIRPERSON, VICE CHAIRPERSON and GENERAL SECRETARY, TWO ASSITANT SECRETARIES who shall be selected by the Ordained Members of this Organization as per this Constitution. v) General Secretary of the Board of Trustees shall be one of the founder members as well as Permanent Board Member of WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA as per this Constitution in this Organization. vi) Shall supervise all General Meeting Elections in this Organization as per this Constitution. vii) Shall be the Directors of this Organization who shall be selected by all Ordained Members after 6 years in this Organization as per this Constitution. viii) Four Members of the Board of Trustees of World Revival Ministries, Tanzania shall be one of the Founder Members as per this Constitution. ix) Shall receive monthly report from the Executive Committee of this Organization as per this Constitution. x) Shall approve/ endorse/authorize all Directors as well as Chief Executive Directors again who shall be endorsed/ authorized by Executive Committee from different Towns and Villages in Districts in Tanzania. xi) General Secretary of the Board of Trustees shall approve/authorize ALL things which shall be approved/authorized and brought by Executive Committee Office as per this Constitution. xii) Board of Trustees shall authorize General Secretary, Treasurer who shall help a Director or Chief Executive Director in the Villages and Towns in the Districts in Tanzania. xiii) Approve, accept the new membership into this Ministry/Organization, register their addresses with the Permanent Board Secretary of Board of Trustees/Board of Directors of the WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA and to be the final BOARD of appeal and or disciplinary action in this Ministry/Organization, all events shall be brought by Executive Committee Members after their endorsement. ARTICLE 23 WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA EMAIL/MAIL/WEBSITE ADDRESSES World Revival Ministries, Tanzania Board Members, Employees, Directors / Chief Executive Directors in Districts and Executive Committee Members shall have access to a World Revival Ministries, Tanzania Email/Mail/Website Address, provided they understand and agree that use and access to our Systems: i) Are the sole property of WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA and any communication via those addresses are monitored and subject to Tanzania regulations, Tanzania Code and Tanzania Patriot Act. ii) The Board has access ability to read all correspondence used in via the World Revival Ministries, Tanzania Servers and Email/Mail systems/Website. iii) The email/mail/website address may only be used in conjunction with official World Revival Ministries, Tanzania duties. iv) Use of the email/mail/Website system and the World Revival Ministries, Tanzania email/mail/Website address shall cease up on resignation or removal from their position. v) The Board of Trustees of WORLD REVIVAL MINISTRIES, TANZANIA shall be instituting a comprehensive Electronic and Telephonic System usage policy to further clarify the specifics of this issue.
